10. What home remedies can help prevent diabetes fast?

Ans:

§  Take 10 dried Indian Rennet flowers and soak them in 1/2 tumbler of water at 6:00pm, next morning squeeze the flower well and filter the water and drink it on an empty stomach between 6:00 and 7:00am. Drink this continuously for 12 days and check your blood sugar level. If the sugar level is not under control, you can try increasing the count of flower a little and days.

§  Getting enough sleep is important. No remedy will be effective without adequate sleep.

§  If you boil Tanner’s cassia flower, dry ginger and cardamom in water and drink this Tanner’s cassia flower tea instead of tea, diabetes will be completely cured.
