RECTAL CANCER
Many people are in the habit of buying and using
constipation pills that are sold in chemists. The right way is to find out what
the real cause of constipation is and to eliminate the problem. Therefore it is
important to make the necessary changes in eating habits so that constipation
does not appear.
Symptoms of rectal cancer:
Rectal cancer cells do not show any signs until the
first six months. There is a little bit of spreading inside only when the blood
emerges through the anus and comes to know that something has suffered.
Even so, as soon as it’s taken no one will doubt
whether it is cancerous. The risk may be exacerbated if you spend days deciding
on your own that it’s hemorrhoids without subjecting yourself to proper testing
and thinking that eating aloe for four days will be fine.
What to do if it was another perverse vulnerability
than hemorrhoids? so whatever the problem with constipation, it’s safe to get
tested early.
Even after defecating in the morning in the early days
there’s still a feeling of having to go further without feeling completely
defecated. This is an important sign. Often this symptom can be seen
permanently if there is cancer in the lower part of the rectum. You may also
need to defecate several times a day. No matter how many times you go to the
‘toilet’ the feeling of not being completely discharged will continue.
This annoyance can lead to the crisis of having to get
up before the time you usually get up in the morning and go for defecate. If
blood and mucus are present in the stool in this condition, It’s definitely a
sign of cancer. Over the course of the day, they may experience more pain. Pain
with itching in the prostate and bladder when the cancer has penetrated the
rectum. Pelvic nerve pain appears when it spreads to the spine. These can be
unbearable pain.
Tests:
Only after
bleeding at least two or three times do some people go for an examination to
see what happens. If those who go like that go to the right place is there
cancer by proper tests, or not? Can be sure. In some cases, finger test can be
used to diagnose an early- stage tumor, and if there’s a suspicion that it may
be a cancerous tumor, a small amount of tissue may be collected and sent for
tissue examination. If there’s a suspicion that there may be more than one
tumor, give barium enema and taka a CT scan can be used to determine the exact
spread of the cancer. Tissue examination can help confirm the disease and
determine the severity of the disease.
Treatment:
If the presence of cancerous tumors in the rectum is
confirmed, the solution is to safely surgically remove them. Otherwise the
cruelty of the pain will be too great. Attempts will be made to reduce the pain
by examining whether the cancer has passed the rectum and affecting the
peripheral organs and, if the spread of the disease is too high, abandon
surgery and resort to external radiation therapy and anti- cancer drugs.
If the spread is low, that is, if there is only one
tumor in the rectum and liver, then surgery may be needed to prolong life. For
some people, surgery may be more effective if they have cancer in the lower
part of the rectum. Although only the upper part of the intestine is cancerous,
only the affected part is removed and the intestine reconnected.
In some cases, the entire rectum may need to be
removed due to cancer, after which a colostomy may be performed in the
descending colon on the left side of the stomach to expel food waste.
