Drinks instead of morning coffee

Drinking too much coffee can be detrimental because of its high caffeine content. Too much caffeine may pose a danger to the health.

1.     Lemon water:

Squeeze half a lemon into a glass of water for a quick but potent vitamin c boost to start the day. It helps the body organs to function with agility. At six calories, this virtually calorie-free zesty drink provides the refreshing energy kick you need to help wake you up in the morning. A daily lemon water habit is an easy way to get your day off on the right foot.

2.     Garlic water:

Crush garlic well and drink it mixed with water on an empty stomach to improve blood circulation. It also helps improve liver function.

3.     Golden milk:

Made with several spices including ginger, cinnamon, turmeric and black pepper, this caffeine-free traditional Indian drink is a comforting concoction that’s sure to wake your senses in the morning. The spices making up golden milk have strong anti-inflammatory properties due to the chemical curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric. Antioxidants in the body increase. It also helps to reduce cholesterol levels in the body.

4.     Green tea:

Green tea is another healthy alternative to coffee in the morning. A cup of green tea also has roughly half the amount of caffeine in a cup of coffee, according to the FDA. Sip on the low-calorie drink it through the day and stay awake without feeling lethargic. The caffeine in green tea helps to improve mental acuity as well as metabolism. People who drink green tea are much less likely to get bladder, breast, lung, stomach, pancreatic, and colorectal cancers.

5.     Hot cacao:

Brewed cacao is a low caffeine drink that is rich in theobromine, a mild central nervous system stimulant. It offers all the decadent flavors of dark chocolate, without any of the sugar and fat, and virtually no calories. Dark chocolate contains lesser caffeine and is proven to stimulate mental alertness. Although an afternoon cup of tea or coffee often incomplete without a little something to go with it, a cup of brewed cacao, with or without a splash of milk, feels completely satisfying.

6.     Apple cider vinegar:

Apple cider vinegar is known to stave off sleepiness, as it is rich in probiotics and B vitamins that boost energy levels.

7.     Wheatgrass:

Wheatgrass is a natural energizer. It is a potent liquid with essential vitamins and minerals. Add one glass of wheatgrass to your daily diet, early in the morning.

8.     Matcha tea:

Sift 1-2 teaspoons of matcha tea powder into a ceramic bowl using a fine mesh strainer. Add hot, but not boiling, water- the water temperature should be around 160-170degree Fahrenheit. Stir slowly until the powder is dissolved, then whisk back and forth. The tea is ready once a light froth form. Adding 1cup of steamed milk or a non-dairy alternative for a creamy matcha tea latte.     

Morning drinks for glowing skin

v Pineapple drink:

Chopped apple – 1/2

Cucumber slice – 5

Chopped pineapple – 1/2cup

Water – 1cup

Firstly, in a blender take 1/2apple, 5slices cucumber and 1/2cup pineapple. Add 1cup water and blend to smooth juice.

v Spinach drink:

Palak – 1cup

Cucumber slice – 5

Ginger – 1inch

Lemon juice – 2tbsp

Water – 1cup

Firstly, in a blender take 1cup of Palak, 5slice cucumber, 1inch ginger and 2tbsp lemon juice. Add 1cup of water and blend to smooth juice.

v Mint tea:

Water – 2cup

Mint – few

Fennel – 1tsp

Cinnamon – 1/2inch

Cardamom – 2pods

Firstly, in a saucepan heat 2cup water. Add few mint, 1tsp fennel, 1/2inch cinnamon and 2pods of cardamom. Mix and boil for 5minutes or until the flavors are absorbed. Finally, filter out and drink for treating acne and blackheads.

v Carrot beetroot ginger juice:

Carrot – 2

Beetroot – 1 (medium)

Water – 1/2glass

Ginger – 1slice

Take two carrots and a medium beetroot. Clean them and peel the skin. Add 1/2 glass of water to the blender. For added taste, add a piece of ginger. Finally squeeze in some lemon juice and consume the drink first thing in the morning.

Detox morning drinks for weight loss

Ø Gooseberry juice with water:

Mix two spoons of gooseberry juice in a glass of water and drink it early in the morning on an empty stomach. Gooseberry juice concentrated in water will help amending the digestive system and help it work at its best capacity.

Ø Ginger with hot water:

Mix hot water with a spoon of chopped ginger, you get something even more incredible to help overall health. Boil a cup of water and add some ginger to it. Let the water sit for a few minutes, and then drink it. Ginger helps reduce the blood sugar level. Drinking 1cup of hot ginger tea in the morning will make us feel refreshed.

Ø Vetiver concoction:

To prepare saunf water, mix one spoonful of fennel seeds in water and leave it overnight. Strain the water in the morning and consume it on an empty stomach. It has incredible diuretic properties, which make it one of the best natural detoxifying agents. This will make for an easy to prepare early morning drink for weight loss.

Ø Jeera water:

Add a teaspoon of jeera in a glass of water and leave it overnight. Strain the drink and have it empty stomach the next morning. Jeera water is an excellent low-calorie drink that boosts digestion and helps melt belly.

Morning drink for high blood pressure

·        Pomegranate juice:

Pomegranates have powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and have long been linked to regulating blood pressure.

·        Berry juice:

Berries are packed full of antioxidants and perfect for a morning drink to help control the high blood pressure. It also helps in improving the function of blood vessels.

·        Kombucha:

Kombucha, or other fermented tea rich in probiotics, could help maintain and reduce blood pressure.
