Detox Juice suitable for children to get Iron
Required
Things:
Curry leaves, Coriander leaves - One handful each
Mint
- 1/4 handful
Peeled and chopped ginger - A little
Lemon
- 1/2 Fruit
Salt or honey
- The required amount.
Method:
Take lemon juice keep aside. Leave two tumblers of
water with the curry leaves, coriander leaves, mint and ginger, grind well in a
mixer, pour into a bowl without straining add lemon juice and salt or honey if
desired.
Benefits:

For children, it is better to add
something like honey or jaggery. When jaggery is added, children get iron.
·
Curry leaves, coriander leaves and
mint contain a small amount of vitamin A and vitamin B complex that nourishes
the body. Vitamin C is available as lemon juice is added.

Between break fast and lunch called
midmorning, it is best to drink this juice.
·
Diabetics are advised to avoid honey
and salt.
·
Kidney patients should avoid salt and
add honey.
·
This is the best detox drink. If
filtered, the nutrients will be reduced. Therefore, it is better to drink without
filtration.
Iron – Rich drumstick Spinach Chapati For
Kids
Required
Things:
Wheat flour
- 1 cup
Drumstick leaves
- 1 bundle
Grated coconut - 1/2cup
Cumin
- 1tbsp
Chili
- 3
Oil, salt - The required amount
Curry leaves, coriander leaves - A little
Method:
With wheat flour add chopped, roasted drumstick
spinach, grated coconut, cumin, chili, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt,
knead into chapati flour and put in a dosa tawa. This dough can be dissolving
into dosa batter and made into dosa.
Benefit:

Drumstick spinach is rich in protein.
